Hamisch arrived to a big welcome from me, my friend Christel, and a goodly number of the Lufthansa staff at Johannesburg International. He is already a big boy and seemed a bit puzzled by all the fuss and tears but nevertheless settled himself into my car for the long ride home. He has settled in so well that you wouldn't know he hadn't been here since he was born. A wonderful confident and outgoing temperament and a sweet nature to go with it. We consider ourselves very lucky to have him here.
Out of a litter of 6/1 all the puppies have gone to breeders and one boy has gone to Canada to be co-owned by the Eve who owned Stormie's father Turi vom Bernetta. Hamisch's breeder kept one boy for himself.
I am looking forward to taking Hamisch out to shows and to puppy classes and getting him used to our African spring. Hamish brings some very good breeding to our lines with a top show winner in his father, Rojan vd Holderstockhöhe and Best In Show winning mom Lissy vom Bergfelderland.

Here is Hamisch just short of four months old. He is a lovely, happy boy with a great temperament and very little fazes him. Last Sunday (27th Sept) we visited a photographer who took some beautiful shots of my beautiful big boy and here are a few of them. Hamisch started his Sunday School where he is very popular with the other nine Rottweiler puppies – as I said very little fazes him. I am looking forward to hitting the show scene with him as I think he will lap up all the attention and love every minute of his exposure to the big world of Dog Shows.
